How to save log of Kingo Android Root?

What is log file?

A file that lists actions occurred. Kingo Android Root maintains log files listing every action that has been made. With log file analysis tools, it's possible to determine the cause of a certain error or failure and thus come up with solutions.

As soon as we receive your log file, our R&D team can check it out and determine the cause of certain error or failure. And then we will get back to you with possible solutions or further questions concerning your device.

How to save log file of Kingo Android Root?

IMPORTANT NOTICE: In order that the log files do keep the whole record of your operation, you need to make sure there are logs in the file that you saved. A log file only keeps records of the operations that occur in the current launch (from the time you launched Kingo Android Root to the moment you save the log.
